LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENT
The New Mexico Lottery is accepting resumes for a full time Agent position. Job duties are demanding yet rewarding. Must possess a current New Mexico Peace Officer certification with the skills, knowledge and two years experience in law enforcement procedures and techniques. Agents are in a highly responsible position and conduct detailed criminal, administrative and background investigations throughout New Mexico. The Lottery Security Division is responsible for the overall facility and operational security to ensure the honesty, fairness and integrity of the New Mexico Lottery Authority. Agents also conduct other duties to support Lottery operations. Applicants must have a practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows programs such as Microsoft Word, Access and Excel. This position also requires extensive walking, bending, lifting and travel, both in state and out of state. Must be willing to relocate to Albuquerque at own expense and must reside within a twenty (20) minute response time to the facility. Must possess a valid New Mexico driver's license, and be able to pass an extensive background investigation. This is an exempt position and is not affiliated with PERA or any other peace officer retirement program. SECURITY OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN
The New Mexico Lottery Authority (NMLA) is seeking to fill a position as a full-time Security Operations Technician. Job duties include, but are not limited to; shipment of lottery tickets, conducting on line drawings, general warehouse duties and facility and fleet maintenance. Knowledge of and able to operate machinery e.g. shredders, pallet jacks, forklift etc., is preferred, and must be able to lift items weighing 70 lbs. Working conditions include standing, walking, kneeling, handling, stooping, lifting, pushing and pulling of heavy objects and occasional climbing. Must provide great attention to detail in a very challenging work environment. Basic computer knowledge is required including Window based programs. Working hours may vary. Applicants must have High School Diploma or equivalent and must be able to pass an extensive background investigation and have a valid NM driver's license. Starting salary for this position is $11.16 per hour and also includes a comprehensive benefit package.

NETWORK ENGINEER
The New Mexico Lottery Authority (NMLA) has a full-time position in the Management Information Systems Department as a Network Engineer. Must possess technical knowledge or certification in the following areas: Windows 2005 server configuration and management, TCP/IP configuration, VPN management and configuration, Data communications management and configuration including T1, T3, 56k, ISDN, xDSL, Point-to-Point, Frame Relay, and ATM Frame Management. Configuration and management of routers, switches, and firewalls. Configuration and management of DMZs, intrusion detection software, LAN/WAN management and monitoring software, and all aspects of network security and configuration. Must have a strong background in Internet related application infrastructure and development. Experience with .Net framework, ASP.Net, MS-SQL 2005 and MS-SQL 2008, T-SQL, and developing browser applications utilizing ASP.Net a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Business Computer Systems is preferred, however, a combination of education and past relevant work experience wherein the skills and abilities to perform the position's duties and accountabilities have been adequately demonstrated is acceptable.
