ALBUQUERQUE – A $1 ticket brought Douglas Biby of Albuquerque a $307,000 jackpot.
Biby’s quick-pick ticket for the April 19 drawing in the New Mexico Lottery’s Roadrunner Cash game matched the winning numbers of 4, 8, 13, 32 and 35.

“That’s serious money and it’s going to change a lot of things,” Biby said. “My wife and I have a lot to talk about.”
Biby carried his winning ticket around for nearly a week before checking it for prizes late Friday.
“When I first heard the amount, I could barely talk,” Biby said.
The winner bought his lucky ticket at Paradise Hills Chevron located at 5647 Paradise Blvd. NW in Albuquerque. The store has sold 11 other large prize-winning lottery tickets between $1,000 and $210,000. For selling the jackpot-winning ticket, the store is eligible for a $1,000 lottery bonus.
