ALBUQUERQUE – The New Mexico Lottery launches a Bingo drawing game on Sunday as its third in-state drawing game alongside Roadrunner Cash® and Pick 3®.
In Lucky Numbers Bingo, players can win up to $10,000 by matching winning numbers in one of eight Bingo card patterns such as the diamond or four corners. As a bonus, players can win between $1 and $200 with their lucky numbers regardless of pattern.
The overall odds of winning are 1 in 5.09.
“Bingo is a big hit with players. It’s one of New Mexico’s most popular Scratcher themes, and it’s a natural for the drawing game audience,” said New Mexico Lottery CEO David Barden.
How to Play
To play Lucky Numbers Bingo, players choose between one and 10 numbers from a pool of 75. They can also request a quick pick of five numbers, which has the game’s best odds to win at 1 in 2.44.
Tickets will print from the same in-store sales terminals that print tickets for games such as Powerball® and Roadrunner Cash.
After a drawing, players check their Bingo cards for winning numbers that form a pattern and for numbers that match the drawing numbers regardless of pattern.
Drawings will be held every four minutes during regular gaming hours.
Tickets are $2 each. How-to-play brochures are available at New Mexico Lottery retailers and at www.nmlottery.com.
