$206.9 Million Powerball® Jackpot Landed in Roswell
ALBUQUERQUE – The New Mexico Lottery’s largest prize ever landed six years ago Saturday in Roswell when nine players won a $206.9 million Powerball® jackpot.
Carl and Holly Baldwin, Kevin and Jessica Breedyk, Ryan and Nicole Miller, Ron and Cindy Miller, and Randy Miller claimed their prize a week later.

The group came into its lucky ticket thanks to Holly Baldwin. With money chipped in from her friends, she left a birthday party to drive across town to her favorite lottery retailer. At the Roswell Shell No. 47 on Main Street, Baldwin bought a quick-pick ticket two hours before the 8:59 p.m. drawing.
Baldwin discovered her good fortune the following morning when she compared the numbers on her ticket to the winning numbers posted on the lottery’s website.
“I started bawling,” Baldwin recalled in a press conference.
