You can buy Lottery tickets at more than 1,100 retail locations throughout New Mexico. Most stores offer Lottery tickets at checkout counters.
How much do tickets cost?
Scratcher tickets cost between $1 and $20, depending on the game.
Where can I find out how to play?
Information on how to play is found on the ticket and on this site. Each game is different and will have different instructions.
What can I win?
Prizes vary and may include free tickets, cash prizes and/or trips and merchandise.
How do I know if I’m a winner?
Some games require you to match three like amounts or symbols to win, while others require you to line up three symbols in a row, column, or diagonal. Another way to win is to add up numbers to beat a set number. Your ticket will explain how the game is played. You can also ask the retailer for assistance or call Lottery Customer Service at (505) 342-7600.
What should I do with my non-winning tickets?

What are the odds of winning?
Odds vary by game and prize level. To find the odds for a particular game, check its odds card at any Lottery retailer or find it online. Overall game odds are also printed on the back of the ticket.
What if my ticket is lost or stolen?
Unsigned tickets can be redeemed by anyone. We recommend that you sign the back of your ticket and claim your prize quickly. The New Mexico Lottery is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
