The New Mexico Lottery wants everybody to “Play it Smart.”

• Sign your ticket

  A Lottery ticket is a bearer instrument. If you lose your unsigned ticket, someone else could claim your prize. Always sign your ticket!

• Check your ticket

  You can now check your own tickets for prizes at select Lottery retailers. Now that’s convenience.

• Listen for the winner’s tune

  A short winner’s tune plays on the Lottery terminal when a winning ticket is scanned. We hope that’s music to your ears.

• Get your receipt

  A receipt always prints whenever the Lottery terminal scans a winning or non-winning ticket.
